Nursing Assistant Training Program
Valley Health Services is approved to provide an on-site Nursing Assistant Training program. The program is a 5 week training course instructed by a Registered Nurse to prepare students for the Certified Nurse Aide licensing exam. The program is offered 3 times a year with up to 8 students in each program. If interested, an application is available at the back of the booklet or at the nursing office located in the lobby on the first floor.

Food Service Manager
Full time management opportunity individual with our growing healthcare organization. Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Food Services with the operations of our dining services, supervising employees, overseeing department sanitation, cooking meals as needed. Candidate must possess leadership, organizational and time management skill. Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and a Associate’s Degree in Food Service Management or related field is preferred.

Inpatient Therapy Services Coordinator, Physical Therapist:
An experienced physical therapist with sub-acute experience to treat patients admitted for short-term rehabilitation on busy sub-acute care unit and long term care. This position assists the Director of Rehabilitation in overseeing the Medicare case load and management of the therapy schedule.
Both new grads and experienced OTs are encouraged to apply for this staff position which is responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient therapy services to a varied population. Experience in a sub-acute setting is a plus.

Assisted Living Administrator
Due to recent expansion of services and opening of newly built enriched housing Facility, Valley Health Services, has a career opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking, knowledgeable individual to serve as the Assisted Living Administrator of the new 48 bed facility and community LHCSA program. The Administrator will manage day to day operations of the facility and the LHSCA program, demonstrating compliance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality of care. The Administrator will serve as the case manager for the enriched housing and ALP program residents and will manage budget and census goals. Position requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Social Work or other approved course of study, NYS RN license, a minimum of 1 year experience in management (3-5 years management experience preferred), prior home care experience a plus, strong business acumen and a passion for the care of seniors.
